Classroom Guidance Lessons
Classroom lessons typical center around the whole-school themed life-long guidelines and life skills (with the exception of district and state mandated lessons on Bullying and Erin's Law). The following outlines what skills will be taught to the whole per month:

October - Bullying - No Put Downs, Cooperation & Curiosity
November - Zones of Regulation -Trustworthiness, Pride & Problem Solving
December - minute meetings w/ 2nd graders -Trustfulness & Patience
January - Problem Solving -Creativity & Initiative
February - Positive Affirmations -Integrity & Perseverance
March - Self Help - Courage & Resourcefulness
April - Asking for Help -Effort & Flexibility
May - Transitioning/Reflection - Common Sense & Sense of Humor

Small groups are composed of 3-8 students. They are designed based on students need and/or teacher requests.

Individual Counseling
Individual counseling sessions are done on a needs-basis. These are brief, solution-focused interventions to support students with their academics, personal/social and/or career development. Please click on the following button and fill out the counselor referral form.
